Yoga and meditation centre Vagabond Temple will hold special holiday retreats on December 19 to 26 and December 28 to January 4.

[Krong Kaeb, 23/08/2017] - Vagabond Temple, a yoga and meditation centre run by Master Practitioners Kobi and Pazit, will hold special holiday yoga and meditation retreats this December 2017. The seven-night retreats aim to give participants a transformative experience that will induce self-discovery and self-empowerment.

Find Your Center: December 19 to 26

The Find Your Center Retreat aims to guide the participants to understand their core being physically, emotionally, and energy-wise. They will also be guided to balance themselves in the same aspects. The retreat will use yoga and meditation to create stability in each participant’s mind, energy, and body with the intention of building their confidence.

Expand Your Mind: December 28 to January 4

The Expand Your Mind Retreat will ask participants to assess the current state of their lives to determine where they are on their journey. It will guide participants to look into their strengths and limitations and where their energy is being drawn. The participants will then create tools and practices that will help them step out of their self-made boundaries.

Centre Teachings, Facilities and Accommodation

The retreats will include offerings from their standard yoga and meditation retreat program such as:

• Yoga Asana posture classes

• interactive spiritual philosophy classes (Yoga, Tantra, Buddhism, and other disciplines)

• meditation classes (Yogic and Buddhist traditions)

• Pranayama breathing exercises

• accommodation and centre facilities

• vegan meals (three times a day)

• water, tea, and bananas

Those interested can book early to ensure their slots. Contact Vagabond Temple at (+855) (0) 883498196.
